Chef Marco began making sushi in 2006 and was trained under chef Andy Matsuda of the Sushi Chef Institute in Los Angeles California.

On any given night you can taste his most popular creations: the red rocks roll, diablo and maybe something new and innovative. Don’t be surprised if he gives you a sample of one of his newest creations, and you won’t be disappointed.

One of our signature dishes is “Shabu Shabu”, a traditional Japanese-style hot-pot meal. The phrase “shabu, shabu” means “swish, swish” for the custom nature of cooking this dish. We’re not your typical hot-pot or fondue restaurant. Our “Shabu Shabu” style transports you across time and cultures to immerse you in a deliciously fresh and evocative world.

How to Enjoy Shabu Shabu

One of the many fun and delicious things about Shabu Shabu, is that you can customize it according to your personal taste. How you cook the quality beef and fresh vegetables we prepare for you, is up to you. For example, if you like your meat more rare, you swish it less. If you like your broth spicy, add our delicious homemade Ghost Pepper Oil for a deliciously deep, smoky heat to your meal.
